City Attorney Legal Services
City of New Port Richey, Florida
The City of New Port Richey seeks and solicits proposals from licensed Florida attorneys for the purpose of seeking city attorney legal services including, but not limited to, the areas of legislative government issues, land use and zoning, personnel, law enforcement, code enforcement, and contract law as well as monitoring the activities of any other contracted legal counsel representing the City. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00p.m., August 12, 2016. (Late, incomplete or facsimile submissions will not be considered.)
Pursuant to Section 2.17 of the City Charter, the city attorney shall serve a term of one (1) year from the date of appointment by the City Council. The city attorney may be reappointed at the discretion of City Council. There shall be no limit on the number of terms a person may serve as city attorney.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to terminate the process at any time, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any submittal, to award in whole or in part to one or more respondents or take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interest of the City.
